Child in conflict with the law

"Child in Conflict with the Law" refers to a child who is alleged as, accused of, or adjudged as, having committed an offense under Philippine laws.[1] Children in conflict with the law shall undergo diversion programs without undergoing court proceedings subject to the conditions provided by law.[2] See Diversion Program and Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of 2006.
