Live-link television testimony

Live-link television testimony refers to the testimony of a child, who is an eyewitness or offended party in violence against women and their children, taken in a room outside the courtroom and televised to the courtroom by live-link television, as provided for in Section 25 of the Rule on Examination of a Child Witness. It may also refer to the live-link testimony of an adult female victim of violence, which may be allowed at the discretion of the court.[1]
